PeelBrief

Terms of Service

Rules for using PeelBrief: accounts, subscriptions, AI content, and liability.

Updated: 8 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By using https://peelbrief.app (“PeelBrief”, “the service”) you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not register or use the service.

Contact: hello@peelbrief.app.

2. The service

PeelBrief helps you find niches and micro-app ideas, check demand with search and market data, and assemble specs for vibe-coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, and similar).

Some features require sign-in. The Free plan has quotas; paid plans unlock more access as described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your password and activity under your account. Provide a valid email for confirmation and password reset.

Google sign-in is also subject to Google’s terms. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not: bypass quotas or payment; overload the API with unreasonable automated traffic without our consent; upload malware; publish others’ materials as your own in the catalog; use the service for illegal activity, spam, phishing, or infringement of third-party rights.

Research calls to external APIs (Wordstat, Google Ads, SerpAPI, DataForSEO, etc.) run on behalf of the service — do not use PeelBrief to deliberately violate those providers’ terms.

5. AI and market data

Ideas, niche scores, research, and specs are produced with AI and external demand sources. They are assistive materials — not legal, financial, or investment advice, and not a guarantee of commercial success.

Demand figures depend on providers and query parameters (region, language, date). Where available, the source is shown next to the number. You must verify critical decisions yourself before launching a product or spending on ads.

Generated content may contain errors or resemble public wording. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Your content

You retain rights to materials you upload and enter. You grant us a license to store and process that content as needed to run the service (generation, brief sync, support).

Publishing to the catalog makes selected fields visible to other users. Do not publish secrets, third-party personal data, or content you are not allowed to share.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Price, period, and plan contents are those shown on the pricing page at purchase. Taxes may be added by Stripe or the payment provider.

Canceling stops renewal; access usually continues until the end of the period already paid, unless stated otherwise at checkout. Refunds follow Stripe’s processes and applicable law — email hello@peelbrief.app to request one.

8. Our intellectual property

PeelBrief’s design, code, marks, and public site materials belong to the service operator or licensors. You may not copy the product wholesale, remove trademarks, or present PeelBrief as your own product.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy of market data, or fitness of outputs for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, local data loss on your devices, decisions based on AI reports, or third-party API outages. Aggregate liability related to the service is limited to the fees you paid to PeelBrief in the three months before the claim (or zero on Free).

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict access for Terms violations, non-payment, or security threats. Liability, IP, and contact provisions survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after a new version is published constitutes acceptance unless law requires otherwise. The update date is shown at the top of this page.
